Job Description

We are hiring Brand Educators for our client at their pop‑up in Miami. We are seeking experienced retail leaders who come with 4+ years of management experience in retail settings.

Be Accountable

• Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Arrives to assigned shifts on‑time and in‑uniform
• Executes all visual directives and maintains visual standards set by the company and as directed by the management team
• Supports replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant; reports on diminishing inventory levels as needed
• Supports high standards of organization and cleanliness, promoting safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience and safety
• Upholds and complies with all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Completes all opening and closing responsibilities as directed
• Complies with all loss prevention policies and communicates violations directly to the leadership team

• 4+ years’ retail management experience is preferred; experience with visual merchandising a plus
• Effective communication skills and a positive outlook
• Adaptable, team‑player, and compassionate
• A flexible work schedule (ability to work weekends and nights)
• Ability to move medium to large items weighing up to 50 pounds; ability to climb a small ladder or step stool
