• Model company‑appropriate Back of House standards for receiving/stocking team
• Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area, and sales floor
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
• Coach associates on the spot and provide recognition

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Hands‑on, lead by example, and have strong problem‑solving skills

Competitive wage of $15 per hour (regular part‑time). Part‑time associates may qualify for Burlington's benefits package, including medical coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and sick time in accordance with applicable law. Associates also enjoy an associate discount.
