Position Summary
Compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying them in business processes and practices. Operates forklifts safely following company standards, picking up, moving, and placing merchandise pallets. Prioritizes work assignments using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to meet deadlines.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding purchase decisions, resolving issues, and promoting the company’s products and services. Maintains facility safety, performs safety sweeps, follows forklift spotting and hazardous material disposal procedures, and reports unsafe situations. Keeps the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies, zoning the area, stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, and setting up product displays.
Monitors shrink security risks, ensures proper receipt, sorting, staging, and delivery of merchandise, and processes defective items according to sanitation and food‑safety regulations. Assists with club pick‑up orders, ensuring products are staged per policy and that associates complete pick‑up within the acceptable timeframe, performing audits for accuracy. Uses inventory tools, controls shrinkage, reports poor inventory practices, and ensures forklifts are in safe working order.
Proactively identifies customers needing technology assistance, models services, and mentors team members. Embraces diversity, builds strong relationships, communicates with impact, and fosters a culture of belonging. Acts with integrity, upholds ethics, and supports the company’s goal of becoming regenerative by positively impacting associates, customers, and the community. Delivers results, balances short- and long-term priorities, and experiences continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00
. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or a specific job performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
90 days of prior forklift experience with certification. Ability to safely use pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred QualificationsCustomer service experience, retail experience, supervising a team.
