Stock Controller - Miami Design District

Summary

The Stock Controller partners with store operations, the sales team, and management to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. The role focuses on inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining stock both back of house and front of house. The Stock Controller supports store staff and oversees deliveries to achieve inventory accuracy and operational standards.

• Ensure Moncler service and operational standards are executed consistently
• Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and stock maintenance for back and front of house
• Provide customer service related to repairs and merchandise returns
• Achieve and maintain inventory level accuracy including UPT updates
• Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments and direct staff for store inventories
• Support store staff to comply with inventory maintenance and back-of-house procedures

• Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience; luxury retail experience preferred
• Proven track record in inventory management and availability reporting
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; college degree preferred
• Authorization to work in the country of employment; must be 18 or older
• Willingness to work varied hours and overtime on short notice; ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work week
• Ability to move and handle merchandise and boxes up to approximately 40 pounds and operate necessary store equipment
• Strong attention to detail, leadership, communication, and basic report analysis skills
