Retail Assistant Store Manager - Fabletics; Dolphin Mall - Miami, FL

Overview

Fabletics is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our new retail location at Mall in City, State. The role supports the Store Manager and leads on sales, operations, and customer engagement to create a seamless omnichannel experience.

• Collaborate with the Store Manager and leadership team to drive both sales and operational excellence.
• Train and mentor store associates, preparing them to engage customers in meaningful ways.
• Lead customer engagement initiatives inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects.
• Ensure daily store activities align with company and store goals, communicate inventory and training needs, and maintain merchandising guidelines.
• Provide feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve business performance.
• Act as a resource for product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals while upholding safety and security standards.
• Manage inventory activities, including unpacking boxes (weighing 10‑30 lbs) and coordinating with POS and inventory systems.

• Minimum one year of retail management experience (prior experience a plus).
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy pursuits.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work with large teams, socialize with customers, employees, and partners, and manage ambiguity by taking initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, and capable of multi‑tasking, setting priorities, and working well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays; ability to perform physical duties such as moving, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching for at least two consecutive hours.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work onsite with a flexible schedule.
