Sales Advisor

TOTEME is a Swedish fashion house rooted in modern sensibilities, celebrating women’s many roles through emblematic designs that emphasize materiality and shape. With collections spanning ready‑to‑wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry, TOTEME’s brand is known for its decisive and contextualized approach to dressing.

We are looking for full‑time Sales Advisors to join our new store in Miami. The role involves acting as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional service, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales and brand engagement. You will report to the Store Manager.

• Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement, and an elevated shopping experience.
• Support daily operations and achieve sales targets by working independently and collaboratively.
• Contribute to merchandising and styling efforts to maintain a visually compelling, brand‑aligned store environment.
• Plan and execute daily store operations.
• Uphold and pursue TOTEME’s company standards, objectives, and performance goals.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

• Previous experience in a similar role within high‑end retail or a strong lifestyle brand.
• Confident in delivering outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships.
• Interest in fashion, styling, and storytelling with an understanding of luxury service.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

This is a full‑time position based at TOTEME’s new Miami store in Bal Harbour starting from June 2026. The hourly salary ranges from $22–26/hour USD before tax and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and prior experience.
