Job Overview

Part‑time Store Associate position at Dolphin Mall, Miami, FL.

• Deliver best‑in‑class retail shopping experience.
• Assist customers in offline and online shopping journeys and provide product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in feedback and continuous improvement.
• Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency and quality.
• Achieve personal sales goals and maintain safety and security standards.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required (10–30lb).

• Minimum one year of retail experience.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, employees and partners.
• Strong communicator, self‑motivated, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Flexible schedule: evenings, weekends and national holidays available.
• Physical ability to move, talk, lift (10–30lb), stand for at least two consecutive hours, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
