Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns;
Stock merchandise, set up and clean and organize product displays, sign and price merchandise, and secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise;
Operate cash registers and related equipment, process member purchases, and assist in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Maintain the Sales Floor in Liquor area, handle claims and returns, zone and organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages;
Follow company and legal policies for Liquor sales, verify member identification, and complete necessary documentation.
