Salary Range: $17.05 - $21.32*

Under the direction of the Visual Manager, the Brand Steward Associate (BSA) serves as the ambassador of store presentation standards, proactively ensuring merchandise, brand requirements, and company expectations are met.

• Act as Ambassador of store standards, including merchandise on the sales floor and brand requirements.
• Support and follow through on large‑scale relayering and other visual merchandising projects.
• Maintain merchandising standards throughout all departments, focusing on key areas (e.g., Shoes, Handbags, and Men's Advanced Designer, Sale).
• Participate in the closing routine using the "close to open" philosophy.
• Build relationships with Selling Advisors to partner in floor presentation and maintenance.
• Schedule work to mirror Selling Advisors, ensuring presence when standards are most at risk.
• Act as liaison between operations and selling teams to elevate the customer experience.
• Inspire colleagues with recommendations and take initiative to complete tasks with minimal disruption.
• Assist with training of fellow Brand Steward Associates.
• Maintain a professional, polished demeanor that demonstrates confidence and a positive attitude.
• Perform ad‑hoc responsibilities as needed.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail or fast‑paced environments.
• Current knowledge of the latest trends and company presentation standards.
• Strong understanding of the company brand.
• Professional and respectful interaction skills.

Hours include opening, late‑day, holiday, and weekend shifts. Candidates must have flexible availability.
