Inventory Specialist, Palm

About the Role

Inventory Specialist responsible for ensuring the flow of goods in and out of the boutique is handled effectively and optimised to deliver a seamless client experience.

• Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL experience to the client.
• Process received stock and record into system.
• Organise and maintain stock in line with CHANEL expectations.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards.
• Execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory with direction of Inventory Supervisor and Ops Lead.
• Build positive team relationships throughout the boutique to inspire trust and teamwork.
• Work alongside a diverse and dynamic team and report to the Operations Manager.

• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to move heavy items – may include overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• In‑store presence required to facilitate opening and closing of the boutique, receiving inventory, and shipping of product to support sales and ensure optimal client service.

Base salary range: $24.60 – $28.00 per hour. Other forms of variable pay (may/will be offered) include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
