Area Retail Director - Southeast

Summary

The Area Retail Director leads the sales and business strategy for the Southeast region, driving sales development and ensuring excellence in the client experience. This role provides leadership, coaching and performance management to Store Directors and Store Leaders and partners with corporate teams on operations, merchandising and talent strategies. The position reports to the Vice President of Retail, requires extensive market travel and oversight of multiple high-volume boutiques.

• Lead, inspire and coach a team of Store Leaders and Store Directors to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Communicate with Store Teams and Corporate Partners to align operational standards and identify opportunities.
• Partner with VP of Retail and HRBP on business operations and people strategies for the region.
• Drive performance management (KPIs, CRM, client experience) and create boutique‑specific business plans.
• Develop targeted action plans for High Jewelry business in collaboration with merchandising teams.
• Support recruitment and development of HNW prospects through networking and entrepreneurial initiatives.
• Participate in budgeting, sales forecasting and manage regional business expenses, gifting and client entertainment allocation.
• Oversee operational execution including loss prevention policies and represent the brand at events and meetings; travel up to 75%.

• Multi‑store and/or high‑volume retail leadership experience required.
• Luxury retail experience required; high‑end jewelry experience preferred.
• Strong people and performance management skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and ideally based in the Miami area.
