Sr. Manager, Visual Merchandising Manager Travel Retail Americas

Compensation: $113,000-$140,000 annually + Bonus
Job Responsibilities- Develop innovative and engaging consumer brand experiences that are seamlessly executable within the retail environment.
- Lead the roll‑out of permanent merchandising projects, including CAPEX investments and brand activations.
- Partner closely with the Commercial team to develop store classifications aligned with brand image and visual merchandising strategy.
- Identify and drive new airport retail opportunities to strengthen brand presence and visibility.
- Manage visual merchandising elements and POSM implementation for new store openings in line with Global Travel Retail guidelines, including mapping, sourcing, shipment tracking, and installation management.
- Build consumer‑centric planogram strategies that enhance visibility, navigation, and shopper engagement.
- Oversee flagship store openings, ensuring excellence across all visual assets and merchandising executions.
- Conduct regular airport and store visits to identify retail opportunities, operational needs, and areas for optimization.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
Profile- 7 years of relevant experience in wines & spirits or luxury goods industry
- 3 years retail experience ideally in Travel Retail
- In depth experience in managing merchandising projects at scale
- Good understanding of luxury brands
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across different cultural environments
- Ability to communicate across all levels of organization
- Excellent project planning & management
- High level of computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
