Regional Director, Fine Jewelry and Timepieces – Southeast

As the FJ&T Regional Director, you will be a business driver and liaison between the FJ&T Business Unit and the Retail teams, ensuring all FJ&T strategies and initiatives are executed.

Job responsibilities
  • Travel to all assigned FJ&T stores to gain familiarity with locations, market, teams, inventory and customer base, and ensure programs are in place, branding is optimized and business is running effectively.
  • Partner closely with Regional VPs and Store leadership to drive performance of the FJ&T category and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Ensure each store has a comprehensive 360 approach to FJ&T, including product assortment, training, in‑store client experience, operations and events.
  • Support floor coaching for retail leaders and sales associates to increase team engagement, identify growth opportunities and partner with the Training team to build focused action plans and initiatives.
  • Support and mentor a leadership team of FJ&T talents (Assistant Boutique Managers and FJ&T Ambassadors) to scale implementation of initiatives.
  • Support and mentor Client Advisors in client portfolio development, especially within the Grand Vendeur community.
  • Develop the High Jewelry segments by ensuring strategy implementation in stores: training, orchestrating HJ viewings, leading HJ event appointment preparation, attending High Jewelry events, tandem selling as needed, and meeting clients as brand ambassador.
  • Partner with Regional Client Relation Directors and Retail teams to establish client mapping for each boutique, grow and develop the High Jewelry business, and build long‑term client loyalty.
  • Monitor operational performance such as stock organization and availability, safety management and use of selling tools and packaging.
  • Travel to FJ&T events, locally and internationally, to meet and host clients, support top sellers in their appointments and help achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and directly manage a Regional Jewelry and Timepiece Sales Manager responsible for individual sales and regional performance to boost strategic markets.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to achieve appropriate stock and assortment levels.
  • Act as a market expert, identifying new opportunities to attract and retain clients and provide regional insights into the competitive landscape.
  • Ensure visual standards are met and partner with the visual team.
  • Create a community of FJ&T leaders and sellers within the region.
  • Partner with the Regional Director in recruiting and hiring qualified applicants to meet FJ&T business needs.
  • Support onboarding of new hires for FJ&T roles.
Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to effectively manage a multi‑store network of FJ&T businesses.
  • Excellent organizational skills and drive for results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy interacting with sales teams and clients.
  • Capability to develop and train retail teams and build relationships.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Problem‑solving mindset; find a Dior solution so clients never experience a "no".
  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to think outside the box when analysing business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 7–8 years of retail store management, preferably in a FJ&T product setting.
  • Proven track record presenting High Jewelry and selling to UHNW clients.
  • Ability to handle multi‑million‑dollar sales volume.
  • Ability for frequent travel locally and internationally.
