Retail Event Operations Associates are the front line of Fanatics' event retail experience. You'll support set-up, breakdown, logistics, and sales of Fanatics merchandise locations while delivering an exceptional fan experience. Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Fanatics brand with professionalism. Support event retail set-up and breakdown. Assist with sales transactions using Fanatics POS systems. Stock and organize merchandise and supplies.

Help load and unload merchandise trucks. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked retail environments. Support inventory counts when needed. Create a fun, energetic environment for fans and teammates. Assist onsite Retail Event Management as directed.

Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States. Experience in retail, merchandise, or event/venue environments preferred. Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Basic math skills (handling cash and transactions). Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy event settings.
