Bridal Sales & Production Manager

We are a growing luxury fashion house expanding into the bridal space, building upon the foundation of our established ready-to-wear and evening wear brand, Ciao by CC. As we prepare to launch our bridal ready-to-wear offering, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to help build, shape, and scale this division from the ground up. This is not a traditional role -- this is an opportunity to step into a startup environment and play a key role in building a luxury bridal brand.

We are seeking a Bridal & Operations Manager who can bridge sales, client experience, and production oversight. This individual will work closely with the founder to:

• Drive bridal sales and client relationships
• Support production and development processes
• Help establish operational systems as the brand expands

You will be expected to take ownership, think strategically, and execute with precision.

• Manage bridal inquiries, consultations, and fittings
• Deliver a high-touch, luxury client experience from first contact to delivery
• Provide styling guidance aligned with the brand's aesthetic
• Build and maintain client relationships

• Assist in overseeing garment production timelines and workflow
• Liaise with factories, sample makers, and suppliers
• Track orders, inventory, and delivery schedules
• Support quality control and product development

• Assist in the launch of the bridal collection and future expansions
• Support showroom operations, appointments, and events
• Contribute to process development as the business scales
• Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement

• Work directly with the founder on day-to-day business needs
• Support cross-functional tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
• Maintain organization across multiple projects and timelines

• 3-6 years of experience in bridal, luxury fashion, or a related industry
• Strong understanding of bridal, evening wear, and/or couture production
• Experience with client-facing sales in a luxury environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing both creative and operational tasks
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a startup environment with evolving structure
• Passionate about fashion, craftsmanship, and brand building
