Our client is a leading consumer retail organization recognized for delivering world‑class customer experiences through innovation, operational excellence, and people‑centered leadership.
With a strong footprint across the U.S. market, the company seeks a high‑impact Retail Experience Manager to drive performance, customer engagement, and operational consistency across multiple store locations.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail operations.
- Strong multi‑unit retail management experience preferred.
- Proven track record in customer experience and sales performance.
- Experience managing P&L, operational expenses and revenue performance.
- Background in consumer electronics, retail or high‑volume customer environments is highly desirable.
- Strong people leadership and talent development capabilities.
- Experience leading customer‑centric transformation initiatives.
- Bilingual English / Spanish highly preferred.
Compensation: $110,000 – $145,000 USD annually + Bonus + Full Benefits
