Sr Manager, Visual Merchandising Manager; Retail Americas

Summary

The Sr Manager, Visual Merchandising Manager for Travel Retail Americas will enhance the luxury positioning of the portfolio and drive retail sales growth by delivering bold, consumer‑centric visual programs across airport and travel retail accounts. This hybrid role is based in Miami and partners closely with Commercial and Global Travel Retail teams to plan and execute merchandising, store openings, and visibility initiatives across the region.

• Develop innovative, executable consumer brand experiences and visual merchandising strategies for travel retail environments.
• Lead roll‑out of permanent merchandising projects, CAPEX investments, brand activations, and POSM implementation for new store openings.
• Build consumer‑centric planograms to improve visibility, navigation, and shopper engagement.
• Support flagship and store openings, managing mapping, sourcing, shipment tracking, and installation.
• Identify and drive new airport retail opportunities and conduct regular airport and store visits to assess opportunities and operational needs.
• Partner with Commercial and Sales teams to align store classifications and create customer‑oriented merchandising solutions.
• Manage external agencies, ensure compliance with MH guidelines, monitor competitor activity, and recommend investment priorities to maximize ROI.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in wines and spirits or luxury goods; at least 3 years retail experience, ideally in Travel Retail.
• Proven experience managing merchandising projects at scale; architectural background a plus.
• Strong project planning, timeline management, communication, and interpersonal skills across cultures and organizational levels.
• High computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel frequently (up to 25%) and to lift up to 20 lbs.
