Unrivaled is seeking a Manager, E-commerce & Retail Operations to support the day-to-day execution of our merchandise business. This role will serve as the operational backbone of our e-commerce and retail functions, helping manage Shopify, coordinate product launches, support inventory and fulfillment processes, and ensure smooth execution across both online and in-person retail experiences. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable troubleshooting Shopify issues, coordinating with designers on a product launch, analyzing sales performance, and jumping into a retail environment during a busy game weekend.

This role reports to the Director of Retail Operations and will work closely with the Revenue, Creative, Marketing, Operations teams, and external vendors.

• Own the day-to-day administration and optimization of the Shopify storefront.
• Build and maintain product listings, collections, promotions, landing pages, and site content.
• Ensure product launches, collaborations, and merchandise drops are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor site performance, user experience, and conversion opportunities.
• Troubleshoot e-commerce issues and coordinate with external developers or platform partners as needed.
• Maintain integrations across fulfillment, inventory, payment, and customer service platforms.

• Coordinate seasonal launches, limited-edition drops, and merchandise collaborations.
• Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure product assets, messaging, and launch timelines are aligned.
• Support promotional planning and execution across digital and physical channels.
• Help maintain launch calendars and project timelines.

• Support day-to-day operations of Unrivaled's physical retail locations and event-based retail activations.
• Assist with staffing, training, and retail execution during league events and special activations.
• Serve as an on-site retail lead when needed, including game weekends, doubleheaders, and special events.
• Help ensure a consistent fan and customer experience across all retail touchpoints.

• Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning activities.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and warehouse partners to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Assist with inventory transfers, reconciliations, and stock management.
• Track sell-through performance and identify replenishment opportunities.

• Monitor sales performance across e-commerce and retail channels.
• Prepare regular reporting on product performance, inventory, and customer trends.
• Use data to identify opportunities to improve conversion, average order value, and operational efficiency.

• 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce, retail operations, merchandising, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience working within Shopify.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional initiatives involving marketing, creative, and operations teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup or high‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and events as business needs require.
