Summary
Seasonal part-time Operations Associate for the Miami Design District location supporting back-of-house and operational functions. Responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, supporting the retail team, and ensuring brand processes are completed to standard. The role emphasizes stock management, repairs, and after-sales support within a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities- Maintain back-of-house efficiency and execute daily operational processes.
- Support the sales team to ensure optimal client service and smooth store operations.
- Manage stock handling, repairs, and after-sales procedures.
- Ensure all processes are completed in line with brand standards.
- Experience working in a retail environment with an operations focus.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail setting; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Availability for a seasonal part-time schedule.
