Summary

The Senior Client Advisor is a full-time, store-based sales leader focused on client development, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role sets the standard for visual merchandising and operational excellence and may oversee the store and staff in the absence of store management. The Senior Client Advisor supports events, outreach, and all store opening and closing procedures.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communications.
• Set the example for customer service, client experience, and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, and visual standards.
• Open and close the store and complete associated procedures.
• Support operational tasks, special events, and inventory activities.
• Oversee store operations and staff when the senior presence is required.

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail or boutique environment with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
• Ideally has an established clientele following.
• Availability for a 7-day operation with flexible scheduling based on business needs.
• Outgoing, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, time management skills, composure, and integrity.
