Rack Room Shoes - 7795 West Flagler Street - Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations while ensuring 100% compliance with all established company policies and procedures;
Provide leadership, guidance and training to the store staff via direction from the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager;
Create, establish and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience and uphold service level standards;
Perform inventory control duties including shipping/receiving, price management, merchandising, and loss prevention;
Oversee scheduling and payroll administration and contribute to staff training and development
