Agricultural Products Associate

The agricultural products associate is responsible for increasing customer trust and loyalty by providing them with courteous and fast service, consistent operational conditions, and a friendly atmosphere. Key responsibilities and duties include:

• Providing continuous attention to customer needs; greeting, assisting, and thanking customers in a quick, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Offering product suggestions when appropriate.
• Storing and rotating departmental products to ensure freshness and date control; restocking and utilizing supplies efficiently to eliminate waste and maintain the lowest supply cost.
• Operating department equipment and tools.
• Keeping the work area clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards; reporting to management about faulty equipment and hazards.
• Notifying management about team member theft, customer theft, unauthorized discounts, property deterioration, or any action that is illegal and/or contrary to company policy.
• Performing other job-related tasks as assigned.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain the same.
• Completion of pre-employment background verification.
