Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products.
• Drive sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross‑selling.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
• Assist with product selection, provide information, and showcase products.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enforce company policies and perform other assigned duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics store.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment while being attentive to customers.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Knowledge of basic POS principles and cash handling.
• Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming products.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Occasionally lift, carry, and/or move up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk for extended periods. Use hands to operate equipment such as a cash register and handheld scanner. Reach above and below shoulder level. Bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch to stock shelves and retrieve merchandise. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, including speaking and hearing. Occasionally sit, climb a step stool or ladder, and push or pull carts and merchandise fixtures.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $15 per hour.
• Salary Range: $37,445.00 – $64,058.00 per annum.
