Manage store associates through training programs and regular follow up;
Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates for unexpected peaks;
Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Lead customer experience, address escalations, and promote membership programs;
Maintain merchandising standards and store appearance; ensure policy adherence;
Handle cash operations, opening/closing tills, and inventory counts
