Parts Consultant ​/ Ford & Lincoln Parts Specialist

Warren Henry Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Consultant / Ford & Lincoln Parts Specialist to support our luxury dealerships in Miami. In this role, you will assist retail and internal service customers with identifying, sourcing, and ordering OEM Ford and Lincoln parts. Responsibilities include using the electronic parts catalog, managing parts requests and special orders, maintaining accurate inventory, processing invoices, and coordinating with service advisors and technicians.

You'll deliver a hospitality-driven customer experience while meeting accuracy, efficiency, and sales goals in a fast-paced retail parts environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and internal customers in identifying and sourcing OEM Ford and Lincoln parts
• Use electronic parts catalogs and dealer management systems to look up correct parts
• Process parts orders, returns, and special orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain proper inventory levels, organization, and stock rotation in the parts department
• Coordinate closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts availability
• Provide pricing, estimates, and parts alternatives while meeting sales and gross profit goals
• Handle parts counter, phone, and online inquiries with a hospitality-driven approach
• Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and warranty parts handling
• Support periodic inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
• Uphold Warren Henry Automotive Group's customer-first culture and performance standards
