- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
- Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
- Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM‑negotiated plans
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high‑visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store‑level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Lift, bend, push, pull, carry, and move products from stock rooms to store floors while stocking shelves
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25‑35 miles range from the primary location:
Miami Lakes, FL - Schedule availability required:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with store personnel while executing merchandising strategies effectively. Capable of managing product orders and maintaining stock levels in a fast‑paced retail environment.
