Lovely Bride is a curated bridal boutique redefining the wedding dress shopping experience. We believe in creating a warm, inclusive, and personalized environment where every bride feels celebrated and confident. Our bridal stylists are at the heart of that experience.

About the Role:

As a Bridal Stylist, you’ll guide brides through one of the most meaningful shopping experiences of their lives. This is a sales-driven, customer-focused role where you’ll combine styling expertise with genuine connection to help each bride find their perfect wedding dress. You’ll own your appointments from start to finish – welcoming clients, understanding their vision, styling gowns and accessories, and confidently closing each sale.

You’ll also contribute to in-store content creation and social media for Lovely Bride Miami.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a warm, personalized, and memorable experience for every bride and their guests
• Lead one-on-one bridal appointments, including gown selection and full styling
• Build authentic relationships and guide clients through purchase decisions
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Manage client communication, including follow-ups via phone and email
• Assist with inventory processes (receiving, steaming, and tagging gowns)
• Maintain a beautiful, organized showroom environment
• Support in-store events, trunk shows, and new collection launches
• Collaborate with your team to create a positive and supportive store culture
• Create content for Lovely Bride Miami, including concepting, filming, and editing short-form video for Tik Tok & Instagram
• Act as social media lead for Lovely Bride Miami
• Support scheduling and coordination of try-on sessions

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience (fashion or bridal preferred)
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
• A passion for styling, fashion, and creating meaningful client experiences
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work weekends and flexible retail hours
• Experience with Tik Tok and Instagram
• Comfortable on camera and creating video content
