Meat-Seafood Manager

Fresco y Mas - 18300 Southwest 137th Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and leadership to the meat and seafood department to ensure a welcoming environment and high customer satisfaction;
Lead merchandising and department execution per plan and event packs, ensuring freshness, stock availability, and proper trimming standards;
Manage department scheduling, staffing, and performance development to meet peak hours and company goals;
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements (USDA, COOL, DOA); oversee recalls and product withdrawals;
Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership and maintain department profitability through accurate forecasting and ordering
