Assist in managing overnight grocery department operations by supervising a team to complete stocking and store conditioning tasks.;
Train department associates on freshness, inventory levels, stocking and cooler/freezer conditioning.;
Promote teamwork, communicate information to staff, and help the team meet merchandising, sales and profit goals.;
Complete daily/weekly administrative tasks such as scheduling, pricing changes, and orders.;
Ensure safety, food-handling, sanitation, and regulatory compliance (USDA, COOL) and manage recalls as needed.
