- Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs;
Support store environment and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to maintain clean, organized, and merchandised areas per guidelines;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transfer products from stock room to selling floor;
Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals; escalate issues to a store keyholder
