THE POSITION

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the FIFA Senior Licensing & Retail Manager, the Licensing & Retail Venue Manager will oversee the Miami Hard Rock Stadium Retail operation.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the appointed retail partner.
  • Ensure operational retail excellence for FCWC
    25.
  • Act as the key contact for licensing and retail operations, including FIFA Commercial Affiliates (sponsors), reporting, and analytics.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Managing the appointed retail partner, including timelines and deliverables.
  • Communicating tournament information to stakeholders.
  • Attending daily Venue Meetings during the Tournament.
  • Ensuring FIFA Store readiness at Match Day.
  • Maintaining smooth operation of FIFAStores at capacity.
  • Providing status and sales reports as needed.
Locations

Miami and Orlando.

YOUR PROFILE

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Accountability, decision-making, inclusivity, innovation, leadership, and vision.

Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 5 years in retail, event retail, licensing, or account management.
  • Fluent in English;
    Spanish is a plus.
  • Self-starter with strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across time zones.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and planning tools.
