Merchandiser​/Order Writer

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
• Lift, bend, move, push, and pull product while maintaining safety and compliance
• Move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location:
  Pembroke Pines, FL
• Availability required Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with store personnel while executing merchandising strategies effectively. Proficient in using Salesforce for product ordering and capable of performing physical tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
