• Provide one-on-one styling and product recommendations to customers on the sales floor.
• Drive sales and achieve individual commission targets through proactive client engagement.
• Build and maintain a network of clients through follow-up and personalized service.
• Stay current on product assortment, trends, and brand offerings to inform styling decisions.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain floor presentation standards.

• 3+ years of retail sales or personal styling experience, preferably in a commission environment.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and close sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
