Summary
Guide and inspire customers through a welcoming, engaging shopping experience in store and online. Build lasting client relationships, share product knowledge, and support sales and store operations.
Responsibilities- Create a seamless and enjoyable customer experience and cultivate client relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using store technology.
- Participate in merchandising, fulfillment, and operational activities, including floor and fitting room upkeep.
- Share the benefits of loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, safety rules, and procedural materials.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and point-of-sale equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
