Luxury Retail Store Manager

• 5–10+ years of experience in luxury furniture retail or interior design sales. Preferably currently working at a luxury brand.
• Demonstrated success managing a retail showroom or sales team
• Existing trade network within Miami/South Florida
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and deliver results
• Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills

• Relationship-driven with an understanding of high net worth clientele
• Familiarity with luxury brand standards and showroom operations

• Own and drive monthly revenue targets, optimizing store performance
• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with local trade professionals
• Consistently deliver exceptional experiences for high net worth clients
• Train, coach, and develop two Assistant Store Managers to achieve high performance
• Uphold showroom standards and ensure adherence to brand pricing policies
• Provide structured monthly reporting to headquarters, including key performance indicators and action plans
