Sales Representative / Account Manager – Food Services

Miami, FL (Hybrid)

Schedule: Full-Time – Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Permanent

Base pay range: $80,000 – $100,000 per year, plus up to 70 % commission/bonus

Join a well‑established leader in the fast‑paced Fresh & Frozen Seafood market, known for delivering high‑quality products across the U.S. and Canada. Our client is seeking a driven Sales Representative/Account Manager to expand their footprint in the food service industry, focusing on national and regional accounts, including restaurant chains and distributors.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new food service markets across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Target and acquire mid‑to‑large‑sized restaurant chains and food service distributors.
  • Build and manage a strong portfolio of new clients, aiming to generate over $10 million in new sales in the first year and double that in the second.
  • Establish long‑term client relationships through professional sales techniques and superior customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales goals with broader company objectives.
  • Report directly to the Director of Sales for the U.S. office and contribute to high‑level business strategies.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within the food service or seafood sectors (preferred but not required).
  • Open to recent college grads with sales experience and the ability to be articulate.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with corporate clients.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset with creative thinking and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A resilient, driven personality with a hunger for exceeding sales targets.
