About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Sales Account Representative to own and grow client relationships in B2B distribution and industrial equipment sales. You’ll leverage your technical sales skills and customer-focused mindset to deliver tailored solutions and exceed sales goals.

To ensure your success, you’ll receive comprehensive industry and product training, plus ongoing mentorship from our leadership team.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and expand a network of leads and potential clients in industrial and commercial markets.
  • Maintain accurate records in our centralized CRM by managing quotes, customer documents, and sensitive data with a focus on reducing errors and ensuring process consistency.
  • Identify customer challenges and recommend customized refrigeration solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate product features and benefits with confidence and technical insight.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship management.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and new product innovations.
  • Represent Mr. Winter’s core values of empowerment, integrity, accountability, and quality in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4+ years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally in distribution, industrial equipment, or related technical fields.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred).
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, customer-focused mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating across teams.
