: $60,000-$80,000 Base | $90,000-$120,000 OTE

About the RoleAs the Lead Outside Sales Representative for Florida
, you will own territory development, distribution expansion, and all field sales efforts for our hemp‑derived beverage launch. This is a true outside sales position, with the majority of your time spent in the field meeting with retailers, on‑premise accounts, and distributors.
You will play a foundational role in establishing our footprint and will be positioned for future team leadership as the market grows.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary outside sales lead for the Florida market
- Conduct door‑to‑door field sales to open new retail and on‑premise accounts
- Build and expand relationships with retailers, distributors, and key decision‑makers
- Execute account visits, demos, tastings, merchandising, and promotional activations
- Own territory strategy, routing, account pipeline, and performance metrics
- Track field activity, distribution, and sales results using CRM tools
- Provide regular market feedback directly to senior leadership
- Establish foundational processes and best practices for future sales hires
- 3–6 years of CPG sales experience (beverage preferred)
- Experience in outside sales, field sales, or territory management
- Strong track record of opening new accounts and driving distribution
- Comfortable with cold outreach, pitching buyers, and door‑to‑door selling
- Familiar with retail, on‑premise, or food service channels
- Experience working with distributors, brokers, or DSD partners
- Knowledge of hemp, CBD, or regulated categories is a plus (not required)
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat your territory like a business
- Based in Florida with the ability to travel frequently
- You own the Florida market — high visibility and real influence
