In just two years, the Miami festival has hosted unforgettable performances by artists like Chaka Khan and Janelle Monáe, continuing its rich legacy of curating unique musical experiences.
Position Overview:
The Sponsorship and Hospitality Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic partnerships, corporate sponsor ships, and premium hospitality packages. This person will cultivate new business relationships, manage existing clients, and contribute to the overall success and guest experience of the festival. Our past sponsors include Audemars Piguet, Meyer Sound, Saratoga, Bacardi, Taittinger, Blacklane and many more.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies for sponsorship and hospitality packages.
- Actively prospect, pursue, and close new business opportunities with brands, corporations, agencies, and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and hospitality clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams to create compelling assets and deliverables for sponsors.
- Collaborate with our sales agent partners.
- Manage negotiations, proposals, and contracts with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ensure fulfillment of sponsorship agreements and provide exceptional service to hospitality clients.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipelines, and revenue targets.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales or hospitality sales.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to cultivate long‑term client relationships and deliver high‑value partnerships.
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
