Inter Ex Group is expanding our Miami office and hiring Spanish-speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to support our LATAM technology markets. From day one, you’ll be building your own market, developing client partnerships, and growing a personal book of business with full training provided.
Let’s be clear: this is a true sales role.
- You’ll receive hands-on coaching across:
- Candidate Sourcing and Qualification
- New business development with mid-to-enterprise clients
- Negotiation and deal ownership
- No recruitment background? No problem. If you already understand sales and are motivated to earn, we’ll teach you everything else.
Your Day-to-Day
- Managing a full 360 recruitment desk with structured onboarding and support
- Building relationships across LATAM’s tech landscape
- Driving new business through proactive outreach and networking
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates for contract and permanent roles
- Working toward clear performance targets
- Developing expertise in Data, SAP, or CRM markets
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Spanish and English (essential)
- A sales mindset with strong motivation to earn
- Confident, relationship-driven communicator
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working to targets
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred
