This is a full‑time remote role for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will proactively schedule and manage appointments with potential leads, ensure smooth communication through various channels, and support the customer experience by answering queries and providing assistance. A focus on building relationships with prospective clients and contributing to business development goals will be a key component of this role.
Qualifications- Experience in Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a professional approach
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and scheduling platforms is a plus
- Strong time management and multitasking skills are valuable
