• 2+ years of B2B inside or outside sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or professional services
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas through consultative or solution‑based selling
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a confident executive presence
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar systems
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision‑makers
• Organized and data‑driven, with attention to follow‑ups, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene
• Skilled in conducting virtual or in‑person product demos and presentations
• Collaborative mindset, able to partner with marketing and account management to drive client success
• Curious and proactive in learning new products, market trends, and competitive landscapes
• Fully remote role based in the Miami area, with required availability during Eastern Time (ET) business hours
