Global Financial Impact is expanding and seeking motivated professionals who want to make a measurable impact while building a scalable income. As a Financial Services Representative, you will help individuals and families protect their income, build tax-advantaged strategies, and plan confidently for the future—while developing leadership skills in a performance-driven environment.

This role offers structured onboarding, field training, and mentorship to support long-term success.

• Educate families on foundational financial strategies (protection, retirement, wealth transfer)
• Conduct virtual appointments using company-provided systems and processes
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Collaborate with leadership and, if desired, mentor new agents as you advance

• Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (life) or already licensed
• Strong communication skills (Zoom/virtual environment)
• Coachable, self-motivated, and growth-oriented
• Entrepreneurial mindset; prior sales or client-facing experience is a plus (not required)
