Manufacturer Sales Representative for Miami Florida

We are looking for a high-impact Manufacturer Sales Representative to be the face of our brand in the food service ecosystem. This is more than a sales role—you will act as a trusted strategic partner to our distributors.

building strong relationships
, leading engaging product trainings
, and driving market share expansion through creative, data-driven sales initiatives.

Schedule:

Traditional sales work shift.

• Experience in food service distributor sales or manufacturer representation preferred.
• Food broker sales representative
• Highly self-motivated with strong strategic and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to live within the territory and travel using a reliable personal vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  Spanish/English bilingual a plus.

• Conduct daily sales calls with food service distributors and collaborate with their sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Drive sales growth through cold calling, networking, and execution of strategic territory plans to exceed performance objectives.
• Lead engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, district meetings, and presentations to educate partners on our products and value proposition.
• Representing the company at food shows and industry events requires the ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a consistent travel schedule, including overnight travel, using a personal vehicle to ensure strong market coverage.
