Territory Sales Manager

What You’llDo (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location retail customers.

• Be responsible forthe sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.

• Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers.

• Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-runplansthat willachievepredeterminedsales goals.

• Coordinate with the customers and theTSIfield sales associatestoimplement training programs for the customers’ relevant employees.

• Ensure that all the customers’needsand expectations are met.

• Regularly evaluate customer performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degreeispreferred.
• 2 years of experience in sales is required.
