Responsibilities:- Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts and communications.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Prepare and present reports on client performance and account metrics.
- Help resolve client issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in our CRM system.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss account strategies and goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service.
