What We’re Looking For- B2B outside sales professional with an ambitious, competitive, and motivated personality who is interested in making long‑lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent people skills, a result‑driven self‑starter who is an active listener, creative problem solver who is a solution‑oriented sales professional.
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus!

Aboutthe Position
Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Perform daily telemarketing/email marketing to build credibility as a logistics expert/consultant.
- Use CRM system daily for data entry.
- Establish and maintain rapport with targeted leads.
- Probe and discover clients’ needs.
- Offer customized solution based on strategic need of client’s business.
- Close the sales.
- Provide detailed and organized notes on the client.
- Meet minimum number of prospects in sales/marketing pipeline.
- Attend minimum number of in‑person visits per quarter that may require overnight stays.
- Achieve minimum gross profit goals.
Miami office 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST
Computer SkillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office.
QualificationsThis position will cover a geographic area surrounding the OEC Group office the candidate has been hired for. The role requires having reliable transportation at the time of hire.
- 1+ years of B2B sales or marketing experience
- International or domestic freight forwarding experience is a plus
- Geography and global economy knowledge.
$45,000 – $60,000 annually based on education and experience level plus uncapped commission.
Base Salary + Uncapped CommissionExtra sales benefits include monthly car allowance, cell phone, laptop and company expense account.
