This role will be in-office four days a week. This role reports to the Director of Marketing, based in the Miami office.
** Position Summary
** The Practice Development Specialist will work closely with the Global Corporate Marketing Team to advance, coordinate, and contribute to a broad range of marketing and business development activities, while working collaboratively with, and as an integral part of, the firm’s global marketing and business development team.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Gathers and organizes information needed for legal directories and ranking submissions (e.g., Chambers USA, Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers)
* Prepares content for proposals and RFP responses by drawing from practice descriptions, experience repositories, attorney bios, and client data
* Facilitates the effective exchange of information between attorneys and the marketing department, helping to maintain up‑to‑date biographies, practice descriptions, experience logs, and news items
* Enters and maintains accurate information in relevant marketing databases, ensuring data integrity and proper storage
* Submits and tracks requests to the marketing intelligence team for research, proposals, and other strategic projects
* Delivers responsive, high‑quality support to both internal stakeholders and external clients
* Engages collaboratively with colleagues across marketing and other business services functions, fostering strong working relationships throughout the firm
* Provides assistance on additional marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned

* Education & Prior Experience
** Bachelor’s degree is required
* Minimum 5-8 years marketing experience; legal or professional services marketing experience highly preferred

* * High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
