Media Sales & Account Executive – U.S. Hispanic Market

(Remote – Preferably based in Miami, Washington D.C., or NY. Open across the U.S. for exceptional candidates. U.S. citizens or GC holders only.)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Media Sales & Account Executive to drive growth, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with media, corporate, and advertising clients across the U.S. This is a remote role with occasional travel for client meetings, trade shows, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through new client acquisition and upselling existing accounts
  • Drive revenue growth by securing subscriptions, a la carte content contracts, and strategic partnerships
  • Manage key customer accounts as assigned by the Sales Director
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service and account satisfaction
  • Assist in developing new products, services, and strategic sales initiatives
  • Lead promotional and sales campaigns to increase EFE brand awareness in the U.S. market
  • Monitor competitors and report insights to support strategic planning
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to foster in-person relationships
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in media sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. media landscape and corporate PR environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Remote work flexibility with travel support for client and industry engagements
