Overview
Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is seeking a Part-Time Onsite Sales Coordinator for an onsite development in Miami, Florida. The position offers the opportunity to work on new real estate developments with leading developers and financial firms. This role must be performed in an office setting, with a work schedule on Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities- Open and close the sales office daily
- Answer phones, greet clients
- Maintain the sales office and model residences (order supplies, ensure cleanliness/maintenance, maintain overall presentation)
- Follow processes to complete necessary documentation (Disclosure and Fair Housing forms)
- Database maintenance and generating custom reports as directed (contact lists, Daily & Weekly Reports, Monthly Office Schedule)
- Update and maintain listings across various platforms
- Assist the Sales Team in day-to-day activities
- Update and track all office administrative documentation for proper filing and record keeping
- Maintain a positive customer-relations attitude and collaborate with on- and off-site team members and ancillary professionals
- Perform any additional duties assigned
- One or more years of experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibilities
- Real Estate Sales License is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact successfully with internal and external clients at all levels
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
